Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Gioseppo box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the package securely.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
